A transformative workshop about the benefits of free societies

Part One: An authoritarian system

At the beginning, the participants simulate a society, and a volunteer takes the role of a ruler with an authoritarian style, who dictates orders to the participants to achieve a goal known only to him. The goal is not achieved, participants feel demotivated, and productivity is low.

Part Two: A free society

Then, in the second part, the leader changes his leadership style and implements a system that promotes freedom among the participants, who can now act freely and spontaneously to achieve a common goal as a society, with excellent results for all.

Part Three: Conclusions and commitments

At the end, the participants share the lessons learned in the first and second parts of the workshop and discuss how to put them into practice in their society and country.
